Congratulations to Mary McGuiness who was announced as the 2019 Recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Institute for Learning Professionals Australian Learning Impact Awards on Saturday, 28 September, at the ILP Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony.
The ILP Lifetime Achievement Award is awarded to an outstanding Learning and Development (L&D) professional who has made significant contributions to both their stakeholders and the L&D profession. The recipient will be innovative in their approach, a thought leader, and respected by the L&D community.
Mary’s award honours and recognises her lifetime achievements in support of psychological type learning and development and the AusAPT community in Australia and internationally. A founding member of AusAPT and founding Director of the Institute for Type Development, Mary has 30 years’ experience teaching about Jungian Psychological Types and training professionals to use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the Majors Personality Type Inventory. She regularly presents at national and international conferences and has published several training resources and books, including the best-seller, You’ve Got Personality.
Congratulations to Mary on a very well-deserved Lifetime Achievement Award. So many in the AusAPT community have been beneficiaries of your teaching, knowledge and skills so generously shared.
