Type is losing ground in the corporate setting and less than 50% of those who are certified buy Type related materials. As Type Practitioners, we must be dedicated to keeping Type relevant and the “Go To” process. Sharon Lovoy, SPHR, is the founder of Lovoy’s Team Works, Inc. which has over 400 clients. Sharon is an experienced HR consultant, Executive Coach. Master Trainer in Crucial Conversations, Mediator, and Author. She has successfully made Type a part of her clients’ cultures. Some of her clients include Mercedes Benz, USI; Brose; B.L. Harbert International; and Sompo International. She works with clients in manufacturing, health, higher education, utilities, associations, nonprofits, financial services, government, high tech, and services.
