When people do the work aligned with their unique blueprint (type), they contribute positively to the transformation of the planet and others’ lives. In this interactive session, Isabelle will share the unique framework she developed to coach her clients, how to use Type to effectively support career transformation, dos and don’ts, and case studies. Through lecture, group discussion, reflection, participants will learn how to apply this framework to their own career development as well as how to apply these methods for the facilitation of career reinvention and professional transformation.
