It looks at how the model, scales and structure of the reports work to transform leadership and empower teams. Samples and case studies will deepen understanding. Approaches and techniques developed by Rhonda and Dr Robert Klein will be shared.

Rhonda Sparks-Tranks’ experience spans HR, leadership, training, process facilitation, education, coaching and consulting in a variety of roles and industries across Australia, Asia, Mexico, Europe and USA. She is a process facilitator and trainer and works across international corporations, government not-for-profit organisations and industry associations developing leaders and teams. A specialist in the Klein Group Instrument, she works in partnership with Dr Robert Klein, the developer of the KGI.
