Webinar: An Exploratory Journey into Gender and Type at Work

gender and type

September 13, 2020 @ 1:00 pm 4:30 pm Australia/Sydney

Dr Gunilla Burrowes leads an exploratory journey into gender and type in the workplace.

How can understanding type help workplaces become gender neutral & more inclusive?

Our journey will start with an overview of the gender problem in the workplace and provide some definitions for our discussion.

Our path is in 3 parts; with your help we will investigate:

  • 1. the judgment function differences
  • 2. the impact of gender norms on individualization, and
  • 3. type theory to explain gender differences.
