The developing personality: Empirical research on the hierarchy of preferences – with Dr Mina Barimany

March 28, 2021 @ 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm AEDT
Dr. Mina Barimany is a therapist and researcher based in Washington, DC. Mina’s research centers on how psychological type unfolds over the lifespan. Her 2017 PhD thesis, ‘The hierarchy of functions in Jungian Psychological Type: Comparing theory to evidence’ explored preference patterns in data from the Majors PTI/PTE on the 8 Jungian cognitive functions. Findings from Mina’s research have informed recent conceptual type development including by Dario Nardi as documented in his book ‘The Magic Diamond’. Join us for Mina’s presentation about the developing personality based on research on type preferences. There will be the opportunity to ask questions and discuss the research findings with Mina.
