SUMMARY:Webinar: Growth/Development Experiences – Transcending our ‘Risks’
DESCRIPTION:Growth/Development Experiences – Transcending our ‘Risks’ with Alex MacFarlane\n\n\n\nThis online interactive facilitation is also part group discussion and information-giving workshop. It explores components that assist in attaining a deeper shift into self-transformation\, wellness\, and thriving. Self-transformation/maturation/personal development research has demonstrated that this process has components to it that are both specific for specific types as well as components that are more general across types. This session will focus upon ways and means we have overcome some of our “risks” inherited via both nature (type and temperament) and nurture. It will focus upon two overarching questions: \n\n\n\n1.       What have seemed to be my ‘Risks’ and how have I matured in overcoming or managing them? \n\n\n\n2.       What experiences….circumstances or events in my life have been catalysts to growth? \n\n\n\nAlex MacFarlane\n\n\n\nAbout your presenter: Alex MacFarlane\n\n\n\nAlex MacFarlane is a clinical and consultant psychologist specialised in the application of psychological type and temperament as a core therapeutic tool in clinical practice and consulting. Her work has involved private practice\, teaching\, training\, research and consulting. Her ongoing PhD studies the relationship of psychological type and pathways to optimal functioning. \n\n\n\nThis AusAPT event\, sponsored by the NSW/ACT chapter\, is open to all. \n\n\n\nThis is an online event via Zoom.
